 Thanks to everyone who helped out and got the track back in order so the kids (and adults)  could get some riding in.  I missed a few choice photo ops.

Looks like a rainy week, after a rainy weekend...I hope we are able to get the track shaped up for practice and racing this week!  Check back here before heading to the track for any weather related updates.

to everyone who came out last night and helped get the track back in order.  With a little help from everyone that track was back in shape by 7pm and we still got a few laps of practice in. If anyone has  pictures from last night post them up on our photo page.

We'll be a little short staffed on Friday so there may not be concession sales.  Good luck to all riders and families heading to Woodbridge VA to race!

Has to be replaced with a work night as the track is too muddy in most spots to ride...AND some kids were kind enough to jump the fence and completely destroy the first straight as well.  If you are able to come out and lend a hand, or get your truck dirty trying to flatten and re-pack the track please come out.  I CANNOT guarantee we will be able to ride at all unless it dries up a lot and we are able to get it reworked.  Hopefully we'll see you there.

With the overnight rain and 100% chance of it continuing through the day, today's race has been cancelled.  We will have a double header race on May 4th.

The weatherman looks like he's holding a grudge against us.  In the event of a rain-out, we will run a double-header on May 4. I will post any cancellations by 10:30 am if at all possible.  Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Well race fans, we're gearing up for our first race this Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!  Hopefully the weather will cooperate with us because I know that we have a anxious group of riders ready to tear it up.

 Practice sessions are scheduled for Wed and Fri as normal this week.  Bring some extra money to buy some hot food and cold drinks from our Concession stand!

Well, our first "real" practice session went down tonight.  Great turn out. Plenty of old friends AND new faces!

 ..and now for the bad news:  We had another Break-In at the track.  The thieves broke into our office and stole a Huffy Primus cruiser intended to be used as a fund raiser this season  :(

...from Steve Polis"Just an update ... I have the HBMX laptop up and running with the new NBL race program. Friday April 11th will be our first training day with the new program. I will also train on the program Wednesday April 16th and Friday April 18th. Everyone is welcomed to learn the new program ... the more the better."

Also, if you have already marked your calendars or didn't already notice, the State Championship Race at Riverside BMX was moved to Sept 27.  Please pass the word on.  We had a scheduling conflict with the PA state series and want to give everyone a chance to race in both states. 

This evening's practice session has been cancelled due to the rain (not to mention cold)  Hopefully we'll have better weather NEXT WEEK! Take some time to browse through the site, and maybe add some pics to the Flickr gallery, or post up some parts or bikes for sale.  Have a good weekend.

Had the first practice at the track tonight....brrrrr! Little chilly out there.  We had about 30 riders come out and work out the winter kinks!  We'll see if the weatherman cooperates better on Friday!
