Car Show/Bicycle Show/ Open House
Our First Annual VW car/bike show was a great success with over 80 cars and 35 bicycles entered.

HBMX will be hosting an Air-Cooled Volkswagen car show, along with a custom and classic Bicycle
show, and Open house at the track on Saturday Aug 23 from 8am-3pm
This event has been organized by Warwagens Car Club and Hagerstown BMX to help raise funds for Hagerstown BMX and
promote the track during Augustoberfest in Downtown Hagerstown
The car show will be held inside the park in the "upper level" behind the grandstand using the Cannon Ave
entrance. We plan to have show cars, swap meet vendors, new parts vendors,food vendors etc. In addition to the
cars, we will welcome custom, classic, and vintage BMX bicycles to the show as well in keeping with the Simple Transport theme.
We thought it would be a good time to have an open house at the track on the same day to show people what we have to offer
as well.
Specific times have not been finalized on the open hours for the
track that day as there will be a lot going on in the park the whole day. We welcome any suggestions and would appreciate
any volunteers and racing families who would be willing to lend a hand that day.
